Do I need to make an appointment to get a quote?
It is not necessary to make an appointment to make a quote. You can come by during the workshop's opening hours, from Tuesday to Saturday between 10am and 6:30pm to discuss your project. Bring your subject so that we can take its measurements and find suitable framing.
What is the average time for the production of my custom frame?
Unless you specify a specific date (gift, event, etc.), you will need to allow 3 to 4 weeks to receive your custom frame.
How much does a custom frame cost?
The price will depend on several factors: the dimensions, the choice of assembly, the cost of the selected moulding or the type of glass chosen. You must therefore go to the workshop with your subject in order to be able to make a quote. A first approach can be requested online via the virtual framing module:

Is it possible to have just a mat or a custom glass?
We can custom cut glass in the workshop for one of your frames or make a mat in the color of your choice that will fit the dimensions of your subject and an existing frame.
Do you sell gift cards?
It is possible to purchase a gift card for the amount of your choice that can be used to purchase a custom frame or a work for sale at the workshop. You can request this by email or by calling us directly.
